Located: 30 km away from Zlataritsa. In Use Since: 2006. Part Of: Middle Yantra Ecozone.

Building:

• 2004-2006 - Building of the ecotrail: project Creating an Ecotourist Hinterland in the Districts of Veliko Tarnovo, Strazhitsa, Zlataritsa and Antonovo, the PHARE Development of Bulgarian Ecotourism Program.

BARET Participation: Created the concept design; participated in buiding the ecotrail.

Sights: a little-known region with preserved natural environment, suitable for tent camping and off-road trips.

Nearby Sites: a Roman bridge dating from the Antiquity.

Duration: It depends on how you are traveling (within one day).

Difficulty Level: moderate.

Season: May - October.
